Walking alpacas around our 16th century Cotswold estate offers a unique blend of relaxation, history and connection with nature according to our guests.

Alpaca walks

These majestic, gentle animals, who were bred by the Incas for their soft and luxurious fleeces make ideal companions. We offer walks for up to 6 people but can accommodate a larger number if you are part of a group. Please send an enquiry form if you want to book for a larger group. We explain the characteristics of these captivating animals and teach you how to handle them. Then you feed and walk your alpacas around our historic manor estate.

It is more of a gentle stroll as we appreciate the beautiful gardens and historic features. There are plenty of opportunities for photos as we stop at medieval stocks, a Tudor barn, a lake, the front of our Manor, a walled garden with a fountain and a large orchard. At the end you will have time to interact with our alpacas up close when they are off their lead and enjoy a glass of our homemade apple juice.

This experience lasts for 90 minutes. It is £30 a person and it is for ages 8 and upwards. If you have younger children or don't fancy a walk please look at our Meet and Greets below.
